If your educational information is available on e-government (turkiye.gov.tr) but not available in the OSYM Candidate Transactions System, you need to click on the "Update My Education Information from e-School/YÖKSİS" button in the "My Education Information" section of the Candidate Transactions System.
Forms submitted by graduates who graduated from Education Institutes and whose diplomas do not contain any emblem or signature belonging to our university will not be processed since we do not have information about these graduates at our university. Necessary actions are being taken by the Council of Higher Education (CoHE) regarding these individuals.
Since we do not have information about graduates from the Faculty/College/Vocational School located in Amasya, Sinop, Ordu, and Çorum, individuals need to contact their respective faculties to learn their information. Forms submitted with missing information by graduates from these departments will not be processed.
Graduates of our university's faculty, college, or vocational school may fill out the form with their first enrollment date as a year and their graduation grade point average as an empty field before sending it.
