Diploma - Transcript
Diplomas are delivered to the person or their designated representative with notarized power of attorney. They are not sent by mail, cargo, etc.
In case of loss of the diploma In case of loss of the diploma, a second copy will be issued.
Those who have lost their diplomas should apply to our university's Directorate of Student Affairs in person, by mail, or through a relative,
- with a local or national newspaper announcement of the loss, the page of the newspaper where the announcement is published,
- an application letter,
- a copy of their identity card,
- and a receipt for the diploma fee of 100₺ deposited to the relevant account number. However, diplomas will only be delivered to the person or their designated representative with notarized power of attorney.

Application for Transcript
Students who want to obtain a transcript can apply to the secretariats of their affiliated department/program.
- Students can obtain it in person by applying to the Faculty/School/Institute.
- Students/graduates who are unable to apply in person can obtain it through their legal representativesr.
- For those who are out of town and want to request a transcript, they can fill out the petition whose link is given below and send it via fax to the email address or number specified in the petition along with the receipt showing that they have deposited the fee into the relevant account (in case of requesting more than one transcript.
NOTE:One copy of the transcript is free of charge, and in case of requesting more than one, the fee indicated in the table below should be deposited to the relevant account number and the application should be made with the receipt.
